AI Customer Research Skill for Marketers

Description

Designs a round of customer research that will actually settle something — who to talk to, what to ask without leading them, how many is enough — and then reads what comes back with a confidence level on every finding.

How to launch

1. Install this skill using the instructions supplied for your platform. Open the workspace or conversation for the company you want to work on.
2. Ask your assistant to use customer-research. For example, say we need to talk to customers or write me an interview guide.
3. Follow the skill’s opening questions and provide the requested company context or files. Keep each client’s context separate.

Review any proposed changes before approving them. If your assistant cannot save files, save the complete replacement files it provides.
