AI Marketing Funnel & Measurement Skill

Description

Builds the funnel from the counts a company already records, works out which stage is the constraint by what a point there is worth rather than by which rate looks worst, and states plainly what the measurement can and cannot support.

How to launch

1. Install this skill using the instructions supplied for your platform. Open the workspace or conversation for the company you want to work on.
2. Ask your assistant to use funnel-and-measurement. For example, say where is our funnel breaking or what's our MQL to SQL rate.
3. Follow the skill’s opening questions and provide the requested company context or files. Keep each client’s context separate.

Review any proposed changes before approving them. If your assistant cannot save files, save the complete replacement files it provides.
