Writes the annual marketing plan — the small number of bets the year is spent on, what stops to fund them, how the year splits across four quarters, and when the plan gets reopened.

How to launch

1. Install this skill using the instructions supplied for your platform. Open the workspace or conversation for the company you want to work on.
2. Ask your assistant to use marketing-plan. For example, say write our annual marketing plan or plan next year.
3. Follow the skill’s opening questions and provide the requested company context or files. Keep each client’s context separate.

Review any proposed changes before approving them. If your assistant cannot save files, save the complete replacement files it provides.
