Description

Reviews a strategy document that already exists — a board pack, an annual plan, a budget case, a positioning — from several standing perspectives at once, and preserves what they disagree about instead of resolving it.

How to launch

1. Install this skill using the instructions supplied for your platform. Open the workspace or conversation for the company you want to work on.
2. Ask your assistant to use strategy-review-board. For example, say review this before I send it or pressure-test this plan.
3. Follow the skill’s opening questions and provide the requested company context or files. Keep each client’s context separate.

Review any proposed changes before approving them. If your assistant cannot save files, save the complete replacement files it provides.
