Description

Fills in company.md and product.md properly — who the company is, how marketing is staffed, what it sells, and the limits on both.

How to launch

1. Install this skill using the instructions supplied for your platform. Open the workspace or conversation for the company you want to work on.
2. Ask your assistant to use company-context. For example, say fill in our company details or set up company.md.
3. Follow the skill’s opening questions and provide the requested company context or files. Keep each client’s context separate.

Review any proposed changes before approving them. If your assistant cannot save files, save the complete replacement files it provides.
